COVID-19 Update

In December of 2019 a new form of Coronavirus was identified in Wuhan, China, called COVID-19.

It reached the UK in January 2020.

What You Can Expect 

As a home health care provider, we take the risk of COVID-19 seriously, and have taken steps to ensure the wellbeing of staff and service users by updating our Infection Prevention and Control Policy (IPC) and staff training. All staff are to wear masks before entering your home and to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the care provided. Equipment provided includes masks, face shields, gloves, aprons for providing care and specialist disinfection wipes to help staff maintain a safe, clean environment especially when using care equipment such as wheelchairs, commodes, bedrails etc.
